The 2024 International Career Development Conference registration deadline is Wednesday, March 20, 2024 (Midnight EDT). Registrations received after the deadline will be subject to late fees and may NOT be accepted. As space is limited, please make every effort to complete your registration by the deadline. All Registrations will be processed online! All steps to register for the conference can be completed using the Conference Registrar software on this website. After you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, within 24 hours, with a printable report of your registration details attached for your review (includes your Conference Invoice). Once you have submitted your registration, you will not be able to make any changes via this website. All changes/cancellations will be made by replying to the confirmation e-mail you receive.
After your Chapter has a confirmed registration for the conference, any changes or cancellations MUST be made by replying via the confirmation e-mail you received. The Cancellation Deadline is Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Prior to the cancellation deadline, delegates cancelled (after the registration deadline) will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00. After the cancellation deadline, the full registration fee will be charged (no refunds). Substitutions can be made at no cost up until Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Note that in Team Decision Events, one of the participants must have been a member of the original team that qualified at SCDC. Hotel room changes MUST go through the same system as they will all be handled by a master account. Credit for any unused hotel rooms after the cancellation deadline will be at the discretion of the hotel and CANNOT be guaranteed.
This web-based software is preloaded with your Chapter information from DECA Inc.’'s online membership system so it will be easy to select those attending the conference, enter chaperones, create room assignments, enter contest or activity information for each of your students, and enter shirt size information. You may do this all at once, or over several sessions. Once everything is correct, you submit your registration electronically. You should explore the software well in advance to be sure that you are familiar with it and have enough time to carefully make all of the necessary choices. Conference Registrar has been developed and tested using Mozilla Firefox (v95). It should be compatible with the latest version of most common browsers. Active Script must be enabled (JavaScript). If you have trouble using a different browser, please try Mozilla Firefox to see if that resolves the issue.
