Registration for the 2012 International Career Development Conference is now closed.
Conference Registration Change/Cancellation
After your Chapter has a confirmed registration for the conference, any changes or cancellations MUST be made by replying via the confirmation e-mail you received. The Cancellation Deadline is April 5, 2012. Prior to the deadline, delegates cancelled (after the registration deadline) will be charged a cancellation fee of $27.50. After the cancellation deadline, the full registration fee will be charged. Substitutions can be made at no cost up until until April 23, 2012. Note that in Series Team events, one of the participants must have been a member of the original team that qualified at District. Hotel room changes MUST go through the same system as they will all be handled by a master account. Credit for any unused hotel rooms after the cancellation deadline will be at the discretion of the hotel and CANNOT be guaranteed.
ICDC Electronic Registration Software
To uninstall the previous (or current) version of the ICDC_ERS software:
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Choose Add/Remove Programs (Uninstall a Program in Windows Vista/7).
3. Scroll down the currently installed programs list and find 'ICDC Electronic Registration Software' and highlight it.
4. Press 'Remove'.
5. Press 'Yes' when asked if you are sure.
6. Close the Add or Remove Programs dialog box and the Control Panel.
7. Look in the My Documents (or Documents) folder for the current user and delete the folder titled, "ICDC Registration", if it is present.
